MEET APOSTLE KAREN HALE

Apostle Karen L. Hale was born on April 21, 1964 and raised in Baltimore, MD. She accepted the Lord as her personal savior and was baptized at the age of eleven. She was filled with the Holy Ghost and received her call to ministry at age twelve. At the tender age of thirteen she preached her initial sermon and was licensed in August 1977. She was ordained by the Baptist Convention in March 1984 and ordained an Elder under the former House of Prayer Ministries in West Germany in 1987. Her favorite scriptures are Isaiah 6:8 and Psalms 139:14.

 

Apostle Hale has traveled throughout the world for the ministry for over four decades. Her ministry gifts have been utilized in various religious and academic settings. She has served as the keynote conference speaker as well as the instructor for numerous workshops and seminars. During the years of 1975 – present, she pastored and served under great pastoral leadership in many capacities to include: Assistant Pastor, Associate Minister, Usher, Youth Choir Director, Sunday School Teacher, Bible Study Teacher, Praise Team Leader, Counselor, Women’s Ministry Director, Dance Ministry, Youth and Young Adult Advisor, Mentor, and Chaplin. In June 2002, she founded New Life Ministries and was consecrated as an Apostle in August 2007.

 

Throughout her ministry, Apostle Hale has experienced many things. It is through those experiences that she can effectively deliver a message of power, hope, restoration and healing. Apostle Hale believes that there is nothing too hard for God and that she can do all things through Christ who strengthen her. With the ability and nature to minister through her experiences, she has composited them in the form of a book entitled Drip It, Drop It and Dry It Up! She is currently writing two other books.

 

Apostle Hale is the full-time pastor of New Life Ministries-Fayetteville, the Overseer of New Life Ministries Association of Churches, president of Hope For the Future Community Development Corporation, president of New Life Bible College and Seminary, president/CEO of KLE Child Care Consulting and Training and president of the Manuel Evans Scholarship Fund. Apostle Hale was an instructor at Fayetteville Technical Community College for sixteen years. She has obtained high education and has received an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood, a Bachelor Degree in Theology, a Bachelor Degree in Sociology, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctorate of Ministry. December 1, 2017, she was ordained as a Senior Chaplain by the International Fellowship of Chaplains, Inc. 

 

Apostle Hale is married to her wonderful husband, Gregory Hale. They have been blessed with seven wonderful children, one Daughter-in-Love, and Five beautiful grandchildren.
