MEET THE PRESIDENT 

Dr. Karen L. Hale was born and raised and Baltimore, MD. She accepted the Lord as her personal savior and was baptized at the age of eleven. She was filled with the Holy Ghost and received her call to ministry at age twelve. At the tender age of thirteen she preached her initial sermon and was licensed in August 1977. She was ordained by the Baptist Convention in March 1984 and ordained an Elder under the former House of Prayer Ministries in West Germany in 1987. Her favorite scriptures are Isaiah 6:8 and Psalms 139:14.

 

Dr. Hale has traveled throughout the world for the ministry for over four decades. Her ministry gifts have been utilized in various religious and academic settings. She has served as the keynote conference speaker on several occasions, as well as, the instructor for numerous workshops and seminars. During the years of 1975 – present, she pastored and served under great pastoral leadership in many capacities including Assistant Pastor, Associate Minister, Usher, Youth Choir Director, Sunday School Teacher, Bible Study Teacher, Praise Team Leader, Counselor, Women’s Ministry Director, Dance Ministry Advisor, Youth and Young Adult Advisor, Mentor, and Chaplin. In June of 2008, she founded New Life Theological Seminary.

 

Throughout her ministry, Dr. Hale has experienced many things. It is through those experiences that she can effectively deliver a message of power, hope, restoration, and healing. Dr. Hale believes that there is nothing too hard for God. She also believes that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. With the ability and nature to minister through her experiences, she has composited them in the form of a book entitled Drip It, Drop It and Dry It Up! She is currently writing other books.

Dr. Hale is married to the anointed man of God, Minister Gregory Hale, Sr. Together they have seven wonderful children, one daughter-in-law, and five beautiful grandchildren.
